DON-080 - Phantom Man
This masked robot is a mystery. Dr. Octaviac claims that he has no recollection of building him, yet Phantom Man takes the serial number of DON-080 for himself. He is the robot master responsible for persuading the other 7 robot masters into rebelling against humanity, but his reasons for doing so are not clear. Some believe that his programming has gone haywire, others say that he was created by Dr. Octaviac to wreak havoc and to take over the world; whichever is the truth, one things can be made certain: He has a burning hatred for humans.
His weapon is the Phantom Drive, a strong electrical discharge which, when charged up, can render him invisible. His armour and strength seem to surpass the other robot masters, yet his stamina is very low, probably due to his usage of electricity to attack.

Phantom of the Opera is... perhaps my favorite. (Have you considered DON-666 for him though?). And... I don't know, perhaps the 'neapolitan' type mask/face thing? Just some thoughts. I really do like it though. An electric phantom... has always appealed to me.
