Sketch - Hawk

Hawk is the second member of the Elite Four, and a master of Electric-type Pokémon. Several years before becoming an Elite Four member, Hawk got involved in a severe accident that paralyzed him from the waist downwards, thus forcing him into a wheelchair for the rest of his life. However, since Hawk is the kind of person who sees the positive aspect of any situation, he saw his paralysis as a learning experience, and thus trained Electric-type Pokémon to both strengthen his bond with Pokémon, as well as come to terms with his paralysis.
